Amp turns off

Im talking about my xx colous powering my l7s, when i drive sometimes my xx shuts off around volume 45 and i have to turn off hu twice to get it back on, does anyone know why it does that? so is it that my alternator 200 amp is giveing enough?

Is it going into protect? Like getting too hot? Make sure your ground is tight.

I dont think its going into protect becaz on bass remote the protect light does come one when it shuts off, could it be that im not getting my alternator max output caz im not above 2000rpms?

Touch the amp and see if it gets hot.

Does it happen when crusin with the revs above 2000rpm's?

Check your amp's out put signal. could be your amp.
