amp turns off in cd mode

i installed a Panasonic CQ-C5110 i have one problem when i switch to cd mode the amp turns off it works fine in radio is there a on off setting like a pioneer ? if not i guess ill have to go back to pioneer i like the ease of use

not sure about the settings but i'm willing to bet you have the amp on the ant wire instead of the remote amp wire. try the other blue wire.

sounds liek you wired the remote line from the amp to the power antenna on the headunit

well now then it sounds like maybe ur remote out may be blown have u tested to make sure it has power out?
