Amp turning off, or something else?

Hi, I have 2 amps in my car and I just got a new radio and I am having some trouble with i. I am not sure but I think its possible that its the amp turning off.

I have a RF P4004 amp for speakers and an MTX MXA4001 for subs. The new radio I got is a Kenwood KDC-x890 which sounds great and I love it, but today while listening to some songs the sound stopped on 2 of the songs I listened to. The speakers stopped making sound but I could still hear the bass hit, so I thought its probably the amp.

The RF amp has an option to run 2/4 channels (has a button for it), but I burned one of my rear speakers so I have currently 3 speakrs hooked up. Could that be the problem somehow?

i have the same problem right now, im gonna try and change my crossovers tomorrow see if it helps.
