I HAVE A ROCKFORD FOSGATE PUNCH 800.4AMP AND TWO ROCKFORD FOSGATE PUNCH HX2 12" DVC SUBWOOFERS. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO MAKE THE CONNECTIONS?

SHOULD I ADD A CAPACITOR? SHOULD I BRIDGE THE AMP TO GET 400X2 RMS? HOW DO I WIRE THE DUAL VOICE COILS TO WORK WITH THE AMP BRIDGED?

YOUR SUGGESTIONS ARE APPRECIATED

I'm not very good at explaining parallel wiring through typing but, bridge each of the four terminals into two channels and run your subs in parallel. Like I said this isn't easy to explain without confusing you or myself so I would suggest going to http://www.rockfordfosgate.com and check out the wiring wizard in the technical section.

I would keep the amp you have and keep the components. Place the components in some universal door pods, and look at getting a powered SAS 8"...
