i have a audioq AQ1200d i can trade plus cash. it had a bad speaker ouput it powers up just fine just doesnt get sound

My customer has one that is hooked up to a kicker zx1000.1 and it does just fine. It may have to do with the way he has his set up. The amp was clamped @ 1131 RMS @ 2ohms.

I have a guy who wants to trade me this exact orion hcca d2400 amp for 1 of my kicker 08zx1500's str8 across. I want to the orion for my dual 4 ohm 15 inch sx's. is tha orion a good daily amp to use to push them and why do the specs for the orion say 1200 at 1 ohm? does tha orion have 2 power and 2 ground wires? the 5000 orion does,thats y i ask. thank you in advance. I have a hifonics 1208d does 1200 @ 1 ohm still under warranty for 180 shipped and I also have a memphis st1000d that does 1100 @ 1-2 ohms for 150 shipped

you dont think it will handle 1k?

well you can hook up a 5k watt amp to it if you want, doesnt mean it will handle 5k. do you think it will be louder than if you hooked it up to a good 600-800w amp? just figured it would save ya a little cash unless you plan on upgrading your sub later on.
