I <3 my EG
i just got a new car a little honda HB and i was planning on getting a gti and i made a box specifically for a 15" btl but now i decided that the trunk space is way smaller than in the GTI so i want to run two type r's in a ported box tuned to like 32 or 34 hz?

what amp should i use to power them pretty good?

im looking for like 70%SPL/ 30% SQ

what tuning you think would be good?

i currently have 2 12" type R's ported on a kenwood 9103D
i think they are being under powered?

so hopefully some other people will chime in b/c i need a new amp to
thats a good amp for a single sub not for 2 subs...my brother has that same amp powering his 15" kicker L5

i know ..see the thing is that im adding two more type r 12's and need an amp for all 4(dual 4 ohm) or two amps to run two on each..

and i need some opinions that arent going to kill my bank.

i was looking at the Orion HCCA-D2400

or the hifonics 2006bxi b.c they are over rated so im guessing they would be pushing like 1800rms

any other ideas for a nice amp at 1 ohm

i have the perfect amp for you its a Rockford Pro Series 1501p. i will ship it to you. its around 1700 watts rms. if your interested hit me up. if not get a Rockford T1001bd or a P1001bd.

can they really take that much power?

i dont have any money for that 2500zxi

i wanted that to power a btl

not two cheap type r's

anything else for a lower price?
