Amp to power two 12" Rockford Power HX2s?

im looking for a amp suggestions that would power two 1000rms subs each sub is a D2. i will have just a spare optima in the rear. i would like to stay away from running the amp @.50 ohm unless it can handle that daily on not the greatest electrical. looking to spend around 400$ or less
