You might need a couple amps. I would want about 2000w or more per sub if you want to get them to move. Are you going to buy anything this time?

Four 15" HDC's need at least a solid 6k rms

So, with that said, two amps is by far the easiest and best way to go - otherwise you are going to be spending some MONEY.
