that sucks!try another bolt?

you can either get a tap and try to rethread it to the same size or slightly larger or get the next size larger screw whether it be metric or standard and try to accomplish the same thing as a tap would by slowly working the screw in and out of the terminal, hopefully cutting new threads. You can rub some candle wax or maybe even some bar soap on the screw to help keep it from seizing up when you are trying to cut the new threads. It may take a bit to do it but it should work. I used the same method to convert an old alpine amp from shitty stripped out phillips head screws to hex head set screws.

take the set screw to a hardware store and get a tap to match and chase out the threads.

if you ripped the threads out you best bet is to take to a shop. dont try to drill it out!!! it needs to be drilled .010-.020 at a time keep stepping up the drill til you get to size or you will damage the pcb...
