Amp suggestions.

im thinking of replacing my factory 6"x9"s with some 200-300 watts ( kenwood, sony, alpine ,audiobahns, kicker) $80 range and replacing the 5.25"s with some 120-200 watts (kenwood ,sony ,alpine, audiobahns, kicker) $80 range also.

I'm also thinking of getting a 12" Audiobahn single bypass enclosed 400 watt subwoofer.

I'm rocking with the OEM headunit 4 now till i get flipscreen money.(lol)

Wht type/size of amplifier will i need to drive this system?

Will i also need a preamp/ equalizer being i'm still using the OEM headunit?

Please keep in mind that i'm on a budget.
