Amp suggestions

I have a 15'' RE SX and am looking for an amp. I know someone locally selling this

for 200 dollars, would that be a fine enough amp or is that not enough power?

my other choices include, directed 1500d or 1100d, orion 1200d, some kind of hifonics, JBL BP1200.1, or PG tantrum

trying to stay around the 200 dollar mark (or less of course)

Yea, I know them PG tantrums are expensive, but itd be nice to have one, birthday is tomorrow so I'll have some cash rolling in. Plus tax retruns, woot.
