What would you suggest for an amp for this

I would suggest a Kicker ZX 1000.1 or if you can afford it go with the 1500 for a little extra headroom.

Try to look for amps that have 1000+ watts at 2 ohms.I suppose you could go less than 1000,but I found its always better to have more than less.

you could get an AQ2200 that should do around 1100 or so at 2ohms. Not going to be using the full amp potential, but for the price, you will have room for 2 more subs later on without having to upgrade the amp. I have one and love it.
