Amp Suggestions for JL Components

Just wondering if anyone had JL's XR653-CS components installed in their car. I was trying to find and amp for them and had a couple of questions. First of is 70watts rms for all three speakers (one tweeter,midrange driver, and 6.5)? or is that per speaker? I know that sounds stupid but I don't want to underpower these suckers. Will the set end up with a 4-ohm load when you hook up the crossover? What amp suggestions do you guys have? I was mainly wanting to stick with Alpine or US Acoustics but any suggestions would be helpful. Here's a link for the XR's. http://www.jlaudio.com/evolution/XR653CS.html#

You can go with JL Audio's 300/4 which will be 75W a channel, or JL's 300/2 which will be 150W a channel. The 70W RMS is for all three speakers as a whole not individually. The 300/4 would be my suggestion, what rear speaker's are you running?
