Amp suggestions for 700wrms @ 2ohms?

My brother gave me his sub setup for Christmas, he said he was done with it. I'm happy but i looked at the specs of everything and the amp he bought does a very bad job powering the subs(like 330rms for 700rms.) I read online that under powering your subs is bad so i wanted to buy a new one. The subs are rated 350wrms x2. Single Voice Coil @ 4 ohms. If I'm correct then i would need an amp that can give me at least 700wrms @ 2 ohms. Any suggestions?
