yes it would but be careful...jl doesnt make the best soft parts and are picky when over powerd

Think theyre dual coil and

DC Resistance (Re): 6.75 ohm***

Nominal Impedance (Znom): Dual 4 ohm

they are D4s will give you a 1ohm load

id go with the SAZ.....easy to fix easy to get ahold of the owner....

which ever you can get for cheaper.. they are both great.. just make sure you don't get the crappy prime series if you go RF

Think about better cooling. Some amps like Rockford T-something or Xtant has build-in cooling fans, so they should be on top of your list. Another choice is to design a cooling solution for any amp - it's not that hard...
