Amp suggestions for 2 12" Type-R's

My friend is thinking about getting 2 new 12" Alpine Type-R's. I myself have a high quality amp for 2 type-r's but he doesn't want to spend that much money. Could you guys please recommend some good affordable amps.

Are these amps reliable and powerful enough? They're so cheap

my friend runs 1 with MA HK401sx 1800rms @ .5 ohm in a 4th order bandpass wall. and it does fine

i powered my Type R 12's with an audiopipe1500 @ 1 ohm and i loved them. they got plenty loud for me.
