Looking for any info/experience/review/opinion of amps to run a single SQL-12 D2 (1000rms/ wired @ 1 ohm) in a ported enclosure (1.7ish ft^3 @ 24ish Hz) in a 2007 Cadillac STS V6 w/ stock electrical (155-160 amp alt. + Big 3 and utilizing 1/0 awg OFC for the p/g).

The amplifiers I am currently debating on are as follows (and in no particular order):

**Ampere Audio AA-1200.1d**

Pros:
-1200 @ 1 ohm
-High efficiency
-24 db slope
-Tiffany RCAs
-Bass knob
-Size
-Aesthetics
-Price- approx. $240ish on D4S

Cons:
-only 90 amps of fuse (makes me think it will do 1200 rms but there is not much overhead.)
-Little to no reviews online(that I can find)

**Cadence QR1000.1**

Pros:

-1000 @ 1 ohm
-120a of fusing
-Tiffany RCAs
-Bass knob
-Size
-Price (About $225 on eBay & Cadence's own website)
-Nice looking

Cons:
-Brand quality
-Enough power?
-Limited reviews/info on the interwebs.

**US Acoustic MIKE**

Pros:

-1500 @ 1 ohm
-S/N Ratio of 101db
-160 amps of fusing
-Tiffany RCAs
- Plenty of people who worship the brand (info galore)
-Has my name on it.

Cons:

-Priciest of the choices ($305-$329)
-Larger size (for my build at least)

**Crescendo Symphony S1V2**

Pros:

-Power! 1650 @ 1 ohm (13.8v)
-150A recommendation
-Tiffany RCAs
-18db slope
-Korean board
-Size
-Bass knob

Cons:

-Brand recognition?
-Too powerful for stock electrical system?
-Not the prettiest of amps.
-Price (2nd most expensive. $265 for subwoofer version/ $249 for full range)

***If anyone has any other suggestions I am open to opinions. I even contemplated say a Rockford Fosgate r2-1200.1 but that's really stretching the budget***

Sundown sdx1200.1 would be another decent contender.

Nvx and CT sound are good amps without killing a budget as well

I'm running 2 sql-15 sealed on a smart3k and they take some power but honestly find something with clean power and around 800-1500w and your sub will sound great...
