amp suggestion for RE SX 12

just recently getting back into car audio after a long break. Looking for an amp that wont break the bank. Last decent amp i had in my car was the eD 9.1. What is a good amount of power these subs can take safely and what are some good amps out now that wont break the bank.

im running dual Kicker Kx400.1's on one. Its getting harder to find Kx's though. If i did it over again I would go with a refurb Kx 1200.1 or a new Zx 1000.1 depending on funds and availability. What coil config is your sub?

dual 2 ohm... picked it up from a guy for 140 in a box 2.5cf tuned to 32hz
