Amp Suggestion for a Memphis 15-PR124

tech specs of the sub are:

RMS/Peak (W) 250/500

Sensitivity (dB) 88

*I do know that Memphis underrates their power handling*

Any suggestions?????

I had that sub since Dec 05 till july 06. its sittin in my garage cause the M3 took its plac. i used the Memphis PR 100.2 and in the memphis prebuilt box. people couldnt believe it was one twelve. I was more than satisfied with my first subwoofer

We're twins....almost. This isn't my 1st sub per se, it is my first for this vehicle and my first new system in a longggg time.

Memphis 12 in Memphis box.

(I at one time had a 12" Bazooka, Alpine amp in the trunk of a 96' Infiniti J30t w/a Clarion 2-Din HU.)

Tuesday I am getting a hu installed and the front door Infiniti refs moved to the rear doors and Memphis 6.5's(gold cone) put in the front.

The shop's main line is Memphis, ie the only amps they have there, I was thinking about possibly doing a new amp as well b/c I am prolly underpowering the sub currently, I might just pinch $ and do a new amp at the same time....not sure what amp to do though.

mine was 140$ from my memphis store.

simple little amp easy to use settings.

i know it has to be doing more than 140x1 though

later on i put a pb400 to it at 400rms and it wanged the sub hard and it took it.

The PR100.2 is in my $ range then, b/c I have dropped 410+140+140+80+120= $890 so far, not including the amp now.

But if that amp (the PR 100.2) worked well for you, I might just do that for now.
