amp still having problems......

no matter what I do, It wont stop clipping at high volumes. Ive rewired all of the subs, I checked the omhs, which was 1.2, so im fine there (im running a ed nine.1), the amp is recieving 14 volts, I think the ground is fine (it worked for a month, dont see why it wouldnt work now), and none of the fuses are blown. I need help guys........

How do you know it is clipping?..

well, I have tested it on several subs (not my JL's), and when you turn it up, you can hear the nasty noise it makes........

anyone else? maybe a clipped input signal from a pos walmart cd player?

well, that wouldn't be ruled out as a possibility. If your deck is driven into distortion/clipping before the point where you have your amps tuned into, the amp would recieved the bad signal, and of course, amplify it exponentially(sounded smart).

Sooo, list the make, model, and volume setting out of it's max setting that you have the amps tuned to.
