amp shuts off

i recently bought 2 alpine amps mrd-m1005 and 4 channel mrv-f345 and for some reason at times the 4 channel amp will shut off and won't turn back on till the next day. anyone know whats wrong with this?

how do i get it out of protect?

make sure all of your wires are secure. Also ensure that you are running a safe and correct ohm load to the amp. If it's too low of a load, that will send it into protection.

it seems to only do it when i blast the music.. its been in protect since 11 am est and i just want to be able to listen to something my car besides sub bass..so is there a way to get it out of the protect fast?
