Alright, i have 2 type r 10's in a sealed box, running off of a kenwood KAC-9152D, which puts out about 900 watts rms in 2 ohms, what should the amp be set to frequeny wise.

If you are referring to the lowpass crossover....then your question is not something we can answer over the internet. Set it to whatever sounds best in your vehicle, with your setup to your ears.

This is "generally" somewhere between 50hz and 85hz.
