amp settings

i dont know mucha bout using all the settings and the local audio store didnt give much help so hopefully someone here can help.. I got a JL 1000/1 and a 12inch Alpine type x sub.. what should i have the settings at on the amp for a sealed box.

for gains read the tutorial in this forum. no need for a sub sonic filter with a sealed box. bass boost set to zero. low pass crossover frequency set to 60-80 hz. just mess with the crossover to see what you like.
