Amp selection help

[KAMAKA Z]

I am installing an JL Audio 13TW5-3

Shallow-mount 13.5" 3-ohm subwoofer in my 350Z. I would like to use an Alpine MRP-M500 amp but not sure if I should use a mono amp or a 2 channel amp and bridge it. what would be best for this type of sub.
