Amp repair..... PPI PowerClass series...

I have two PPI PowerClass amps that I need repaired. Both of them have one bad channel in them. I was wondering should I go through PPI even though its not the same it was when the Art and PowerCLass series were released. Or should I go through a secondary repair specialist. I am in the Nashville area and someone had reccomended a place here but I can't remember the name at all.

Yea you can deal with ppi direct. Just go to a dealer who is authorized and they will get you a good deal I am running 2 pcx amps on of which was repaired this way.

i HAD an hcca 2100 that i sent to them. pretty quick turn-around from what i remember. id send something there again if i needed something fixed.

PPI will just refer you to one of two repair shops they deal with. They no longer repair the art series or power class amps in house. I have PC4100 that needs repair and I called them and they gave me the name of a business in Massachusetts called the amp doctor(http://www.ampdoctor.com/). Prices were some what reasonable but at the time I called he was very busy and it would have been like 4 weeks or more to get my amp fixed. I have dealt with KB Audio before, had an Art Series A600 repaired. No issues at all. I am planning on sending my PC4100 out in the next week or so.
