Amp Repair (ppi PC21400.2

i have a PPI PC21400.2 that doesnt work. i bought it knowing it needed a resistor replaced, i found the correct replacement and soldered it in. the resistance on it matches the other side( measured with a DMM)

when you hook up the power cables to the amp, they spark a little bit more than normal and the subs make a little pop. thats it. the power LED doesnt light up either.

is there anybody on here that repairs amps or knows where i can take/send it to?

There is a guy that advertises on Ebay for amp repair. I think he is around $85. for repair on PPI amps. Just search for amp repair.
