Amp recommendation, and review of specs

I am planning on doing an install over time of the following components...

2 X JBL W10GTi MK II subs ( http://www.jbl.com/car/products/product_detail.aspx?prod=C608GTI&Language=ENG&Country=US&Region=USA&cat=COS&ser=GTI )

2 X JBL C608 GTi components ( http://www.jbl.com/car/products/product_detail.aspx?prod=W10GTI%20MKII&Language=ENG&Country=US&Region=USA&cat=SUB&ser=GTI )

7 inch touchscreen

Custom built computer with Creative's X-Fi sound card

I am in need of help with the amps I will need, and the hardware and such I will need to hook the computer up to the system. It will have Windows XP on it due to the lack of support for the X-fi under Linux environments. I also dont know what touchscreen I can get to control the computer. This will be going into a 2003 monte carlo SS. What type of enclosure do you recommend for the subs? I was thinking bandpass, but have heard many different things. What else will I need to install this in regards to capacitors, batteries, alternators, etc. Also, how should I wire the subs?

No idea on the carputer. I'm sure someone here has one that can help out.

Bandpass boxes are nice, but I'd stick with just a ported box. If you do need info about bandpass enclosures, there's a guy on here named 80INCHES that has great knowledge in that area.
