its only my sub amp that is doing this and i connected a remote wire from my comp amp to the sub amp so it cant be the remote wire, could it? and i just re-did the ground, should i check that anyway?

anyone know whats wrong? i remember someone started a thread like this about a week or two ago but i can't find it.

saftey maybe?

im just spitballin here but that used to happen to me when i had my subs bridged, so i changed it and now its ok...but they would hit fine and than all of a sudden they would just cut out and not hit for a beat or two and than come back on.

Make sure your subs are wired to the correct impedance. Sometimes the amp will act wacky when it is wired to a lower impedance and overheats. Are you sure your amp is turning on and off and it isn't your subs cutting it in and out? I would make sure the wiring going from the amp to your subs is hooked up properly. Make sure the connections are secure and the wire isn't cut.

How did you set the gains?

As stated, check all of your wires, make sure that your fuse is not loose (take it out and plug them back in) verify the power is making good contact.

I see that you just redid the ground, but how did you do it? Did you sand off the paint?
