A pallet with some angled metal on it, or just the metal brackets?

yes the angle brackets. Mount them how you see them and however far apart. Took a average of amp mounting feet I could find.

They look really nice!

You'd need thicker metal for larger amps, and to help prevent easy theft. For smaller amps, I'm sure that'll work great
