Amp Rack Help! Help me decide if i can build one and how please

Would be very hard to steal my amp without damaging the boat or special cutting tools.

If you use 1x1 wood spindles. Mark the layout of the amp and drill pilot holes through. Run a countersunk machine bolt through it then mount the amp to the amp rack using locknuts. Then liquidnail the amp rack to the box it makes it much harder to steal. Just make sure that you have a way to get it off yourself. I mounted mine like that and i still need to reinstall the carpet for a clean look but you would need a cutting tool or rip a hole in my boat to get it out as i cant get a socket or wrench on the lock nuts. Good news is no one is going to steal it. And it has held strong for a couple of yrs now
