It's been nice out today and I made an amp rack.... took me like a hour and a half... mached it out of cardboard from a fan box, had a sheet of wood busted out the jigsaw and got to work. Had box carpet left over.

I gotta mini rant too...

Well, put together a little amp rack and worked on my stereo.... I talked to BassAce today and we were gonna get together and have a listen but my girlfriend stopped by earlier in the day . I spent about 2 hours @ Perry Hill elementary and driving around with a buddy afterwards. He said something sounded wrong with the music like the highs ditn have any outputt. So he asked me what my gain was set at and it was real low on the front amp. We turned it up, alot, and did some eq'ing and to my listening tastes this is worth every bit of $785 i estimate it costing before wires and fuses and whatnot, that doesnt count.

Worth every bit, i'm extremely happy. Good sounding music, and the sub is awesome tuned low. I'll get a video tomorrow of this thing movin... I'm keepin it lol, no question about it. can a mod remove my f/s thread please! Thanks enjoy!

I was really just sick of opening the trunk and lookin @ a buncha ugly *** wires, and it was made out of scrap wood and carpet. I gotta fun day ahead tomorrow. Tomorrows my last day off work for since i got my wisdom teeth out they are fine now i just want 1 more day lol.

just b/c port isnt on the sub baffle doesnt mean that its a bad design.... my question is how do you expect airflow around the box when you have box sealing it off from the cabin?

I dont know what to say I'd expect you to get 140 no problem, only thing I could think of is some small cancellation but I doubt that. When you had it metered, there was a hella lot of rattle but I doubt that it would keep you from 140. Btw what setup did you have that got you 135.5 @ 30hz.
