Amp question,.

I am pretty sure you can, correct me if I am wrong, I am not that great with car audio and all the ohms things. But if you wire on the subs a wire going from positive to positive, then a negative to negative on sub, then a positive from the very left positive, then a lead from the very far negative to the amplifer, should make it a 1ohm stable.

i have the dsc1500.1 it will give u 1000 rms true power at 2 ohms. 230 shipped 2 yr dealer authorized factory warranty better than the brutus 1610d on power. i sell those too but they are 15$ more quarts are on xmas special right now.

but i sell kicker dude and trust me i sell more hifonics subs when they get compared because they do get loud but have no sq at all in any box u build. I have been a kicker dealer for nearly 20 yrs they havent made a good sq sub in at least 10 lolz

Actually if you have (2) 4ohm DVC, you CAN wire them to 1 ohm. I just looked it up.

So what would you recommend for a setup for around that same price range then? because I can get a L7 15 inch for 180 already in a box built to spec.

the L7 is a good buy if all you want is loud. if you want loud and good sq an OLM 1615 will destroy an L7 15 for sound and gets louder to boot but they are 250 shipped //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Okay, and he said he just double checked, and its actually 2ohm. So i am probably going to go with the Kicker due to the price.

this was the point i was attempting to make before. horrible sq, they arent musical at all but they can get loud. you could still get louder for the same price tho if you look around in the classifieds section
