amp question for friend

what should he get..he has 2 infinity speakers that handle 100rms and 2 polk speakers that handle 35 rms..so he needs a 4channel amp..but how can he allow only 70rms go to the rear speakers and 200 rms go to the front speakers? Can you change the gain on the speakers? Actually..now that I think about it..amps are setup as LEFT and RIGHT arent they? or is it FRONT AND REAR..cant remember..ahh

anyways..looking for a cheap amp..the ohm load on all the speakers is 4ohm..i think..what size amp and what are some good choices for cheap amps that wont fry or be to shitty?

Get a 2 channel amp for the Infinity's and leave the Polks on the HU.
