Amp protection when turned up

i just trying to narrow down some possible protection causes from when i turn my sytem up. my amp was going into protect yesterday, and i wasnt sure why. i thought it may be my remote had a short in and amp may have not been getting good signal so i replaced it the entire remote wire. i havnt messed with it since changing the wire. gonna test when i get off. but yea just look for some more causes from jus turning the system up that send it in protect....

Having same issue, and believe it to be the same source, or low voltage..Not sure yet.I will be replacing my remote from hu to amp/s .I guess changing /testing several amps, wiring getting pulled ect.Think I will be using 14ga/16ga this time as well.

ok since we have the same amp. i will bet its your electrical. that is the only thing between us other than box rise.

I set it. Jus havnt got to test it... I set it just under.. I set it to 43.7 instead of 44.7

can a incorrectly set subsonic filter cause amp to protect

ok to help out. it only protects when i play lower freq songs at high power
