Amp only gets power on radio

I have an Amp going to a blown mtx sub that will only get power on radio, as soon as I switch to aux or cd the power light for the Amp goes out

Remote wire is connected to the radio power antenna wire. Swap it to the other blue wire.(remote)

Yep, you need to check and see what wire your remote wire is ran off. There should be a blue or blue wire with white strip that is a dedicated remote turn on by the radio. Post up pics of your radio's wiring harness, and we can help out.

No problem. I did the same thing when I installed my first amp.
