Amp on nothing from sub

Had this setup running 6 months previous. JL 10 w3v3 Alpine T220

Installed in new vehicle with LOC which I dont have experience with, started my amp but no sound from sub.

So I decide to install in the vehicle it was in previously in. Same result. Amp on no sound from sub.

Any ideas?
