Amp not getting signal & sub wont bump

Its a Viper d1200.1 my head unit is a Pioneer DEH-6600

any ideas on whats wrong? its not in protect and I tried configureing the HU for the preouts but no luck

Need more info. Are you getting power? Does you ground have a good connecction. What about your remote wire?

if you amp has power then it has something to do with the rca's. thats what happened to mine. the rca inputs came lose. just get a test light and test everything.
