amp no power

i just put some subs in my car and the amp is not getting power i checked the power cord and it is getting power to the amp but the amp is not turning on

Use a DMM (Volt Meter) or a Test Light

Check the 12+ Power and 12- Ground at the amplifier connection

Then check the Remote activation power lead 12+ at the amplifier connection

If your amplifier has fuse (on the amp it self) check for power on Both sides of the fuse
