Any other ideas? If its a loose can it just be re soldered on the other side?

You never explained what it was doing really. Does it eat fuses?
I suspect that the fets are bad, or the PWM IC died. I highly doubt capacitors have anything to do with it, since they're just filters. Theoretically, the amp will work without them there entirely.
