Amp needed

Hey guys, i am very new to the car audio stuff, well my question is i have 2 12" Pioneer w306c subwoofers and i have no idea what amplifier to get. I need an amplifier that can handle both of my subs, and not get hot (i live in Dubai so it gets very hot here) My budget is $150-200, i no thats not a lot but i will have to pay shipping since i will be ordering it online. So please help me out guys, a link to the amp will be helpfull too. thanks.
