hey, got a ?,

ok, i have a rockford 500x

its basically 4ch

4x62.5 @ 4 ohm

4x125 @ 2 ohm

2x 250 @ 4ohm

NOW, what is the way to get the most power with 12" drivers?

should i try to find one DVC

or

use the one 12" driver i have thats rated 300rms and get another thats also rated 300rms (both @ 4ohm)

or something else?

whats the best way to go, to work for my amp, and push some good bass?

Buy the same sub that you have(assuming it can be wired to 4 ohms) and bridge the amp to 2 channels, one channel for each of the subs, so they get 250 RMS each.

sounds good to me, and yeah my sub is 4ohm (svc) so if i got another it would be the same

i was just wondering if it would be better to somehow rig up some dvc 12"s or at least one

like a JL 12w7 i could put 500 in that 2ch to 2voice coil

but thats not recommended is it...?

having a 4ch amp run a svc sub using (tech 4) 2 bridged channels?

my friend said its not recommended
