amp makes noise? SOMETIMES

well, SOMETIMES when my volumes down my amps making a noise, its like a zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

anyone know what this could be?

no i dont think its the fan, when i stuck my knife up to it to turn the gain , it stopped, then when i took it off it did it again lol, but then it just stopped on its own, like i said it does it sometimes

Ya possibly power wire too close to rcas and speaker wires, or rcas creased/ pinched, and or also a bad ground point, and could be a few other issues, like the HU?Id start with these first..IMO

well, maybe it is the fan.. idk... but i figured out how to explain how it sounds, its almost liek the pulse sound of a heart monitor, u know when someone dies n it goes zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz lmao...

prob is the fan.. its just noticable when the sounds muted, SOMETIMES. sometimes its zzz'in , sometimes its not.. most of the time its not.. but once inawhile i hear it lol

and i play all my music off a USB stick

Well it could be of axis due to road vibration/shipping/ect.If the amp is still under warranty, and continues to bother you that much ..send it in, or wait till the warranty is up, and open it up, and secure it back in place.Just dont void your warrany.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

well it was bought used, so i dont even really know how old it is.. .lol bought it almost a month ago

dosnt really bug me that much, just thought id make a topic about it incase there was sumthing to do to fix it lol
