Amp light is green, but no output

First off I have a zx750.1 amp going to a Kicker CVX 12 in sub. It has been working fine for the last 8 months or so. My friend just bought a zx750.1 too we hooked it up to my sub to test it out. It worked fine but when I hooked mine back up, the sub wouldnt move at all. I thought that somehow i blew my sub so to check I re-hooked up my friends amp and my sub worked fine. So currently I have mine hooked back up and it is still not working. The light on the amp turns green so I dont think that it is a ground issue. Please let me know if you have any idea what is the problem. Thanks

Check the metal on the outputs on your amp, maybe your getting a bad connection and thus no power going to the subs.

or even better yet do you have access to a dmm? If so then check to see how far you can trace the power along the circuit, for example check the power and ground of the amp if good then move to the outputs. If the outputs are good then move to the end of the wire. Doing that will allow you to figure out where the break in the current is and putting you in a good position to fix said problem.
