My suggestion would be to disconnect everything, and start over again. Make sure all wires are secure, and none are touching.

what are your subs wired down to for your final impendance? maybe you have it wired at a load that your amp cannot handle.

its probably toast. i seriously doubt that you set your gains right, and you probably had everything all the way up, wired wrong and you fried your amp. open it up and see how bad it is, then throw that pos away and get a decent amp, lol.
