amp installation help

i just installed a whole new system with these components

1 x alpine cda-9807

1 x alpine mrv-f450

4 x infinity reference speakers

1 x infinity 12" subwoofer

after i finished hooking up the wires and everything, i turned on the engine but there was completely no sound coming out of the speakers. i checked the amp and it seems to be taking signals since the led light was blinking. does anybody know wat exactly is going on? if you do then please help a brother out here //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Led light should not be blinking. Check all connections, especially your ground.
