I recently bought an orion hcca-d5000 and surprisingly I found out that it has 2 battery/ground/remote terminals! this is new to me LoL! now, I know that I have to connect both terminals so I need to bridge my power wires? or need a distribution block for it?

I found this one on ebay and I need ya'll opinions...

http://cgi.ebay.com/SDB034PT-Stinger-Hpm-0-to-4-gauge-distribution-block_W0QQitemZ270368308029QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item3ef334fb3d&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=65%3A12|66%3A2|39%3A1|72%3A1205|293%3A1|294%3A50

I need to sets right? one for the power and the other one will be for the ground...

also, a little bit info... Im running 0 gauge wire from the battery to the back of my accord, and also Im running a kicker zx350.4 for my front and rear... so I need at least 3 terminal distribution block....

Any distribution block ya'll be recommending me to buy instead the one that I found on ebay will be greatly appreciated....

Actually you dont have to connect both terminals. Your amp's manual says this on page 6

NOTE: the HCCA-D5000 has two terminal strips for power connections. The +BAT andGND connections can be made to either of these terminals.

You would only need to use both terminals if you were running 4 gauge from your battery. A single run of 1/0 should be enough.

Also, remember that if you ever reduce wire size that you need to fuse the smaller wire, so when buying a distribution block it usually just makes more sense to buy a fused distro block.

Something like this would allow you to run the main power wire into both inputs of the orion and into the input of the kicker.

Its says on the manual that dual 4 AWG power and ground required for proper performance?

Im confused now... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

My guess is that they said that because the inputs only accept 4 guage? so to run 1/0 in you'd need a wire reducer, and the manufacturer discourages that.

This is why i posted the distro-block that i did; because it has 3 outputs that you could use to run 4 gauge into both of the orion's inputs and the kickers input.
