AMP install, HU isnt working now. HELP

I was installing my new amp and i some how touched the 12v wire that runs to the battery to the ground wire and created a spark. The 12v from my HU ties into the 12v from the amp to the battery. After the spark my HU wasnt working. Could this have broke the HU or amp? Any ideas on how i can fix this???

Did you check the fuse in your HU?

Yes i checked the fuze, the buttons are lighting up but theres no display or sound. The amps also not receiving power.

Check your fusing under the hood and under/around your dash.
