RPM's go down

My car used to have voltage problems. It went from 13.8 volts down to 11.9 volts. And my RPM's at idle went from about 900 down to 600. Yesterday I put my Kinetic HC800 in the trunk. Now the voltage goes from 13.9 volts only down to 13.5 volts. So that's fixed. But the RPM's still go down. Why is this? And is it bad? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

Here's a video I took of the RPM's going down.

Alternator. Ever notice jumping off another car When you hook up to the dead battery the car with the good battery will idle down? Same thing.

yeah...pretty sure its just the alternator with a full load on it, loads down the engine and since you have a little 4 banger it puts more stress on it
