Hi, just need a quick answer before I go buy it from the store.

I have 8 Gauge 4 Channel Amplifier Installation Kit from knukonceptz.com and it use 50a fuze size for the inline power, I can I use differe size cause I need it fast it shorted. best buy or walmart doen't have 50a size only 60a or 80a fuse.

Thank you.

Im sure a 60 amp inline fuse would be fine. Its the power cable, so looking for what the amp recommends is sort of irrelevant as the amp uses a different kind of fuse instead of an inline fuse.

sorry forgot to check on it that should be fine 60 or 80 even would be better

and it does matter what fuses/current draw the amp is because if it pulls more than 50 amps that would of popped the fuse

the front battery inline should be greater than draw from amp or this will cause it to blow

use a 60 or even an 80

I would go w/the 80 as that's closer to what your amp's fused at. You probably aren't driving your amp hard enough to go past that.

Also consider if you add anything else you'll need to upgrade your power wire - you're borderline now @8 gauge if you're running that Sundown @4ohm. Anything more you should look at 4+ gauge.
