Amp Ideas

Not sure really what i'm going to need or how big, or might even need 2, but I know for sure I will need an amp to push 2 10's in a hatchback, & maybe need another smaller amp to run the mids & highs I am going to change out. anybody have any ideas such as brand or sizes, or if I should go with 1 or 2 amps?

What subwoofers will you be using? We can't give you any suggestions without knowing that. Also, what's your budget?

I'll be using 2 alpine 10" Type-R's in the hatch, how 'bout the JL Audio Amps?? Are they pretty solid??

they are solid amps, but not what you need. i would go with something cheaper. and i'm guessing you got D4 coils right? if you're on a budget, i would go with an Elemental designs 9.1

Actually, they are the Type X speakers. Not sure what the difference in Type-R & Type-X is.
